Responsibilities :
- Driving, monitoring & evaluating sales team performance by prioritizing & assigning tasks to ensure achievement of sales targets/KPIs.
- Leading & coaching sales staff on the aspects of selling techniques and improving in-store problems
- Monitoring budget utilization to align with business priorities and expected outcomes for all activities within assigned area, and budget plan
- Coordinating with Visual Merchandiser to execute & ensure store display meet Visual Merchandiser principle guideline standard to maximize sales and achieve optimum merchandise turn
- Coordinating with Trade Marketing for product launch
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years experiences in sales area and experience in People Manager role with proven track record of achievements
- Excellent knowledge/ experience in Sales from FMCG, Modern Trade, or Retail business is preferable
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Good Problem Solving Skill
- Flexible to travel upcountry
- Fluent command English and computer literacy
