Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strategic partnership and relationship with key customer, ensure delivery of high-quality product, service, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify sales representative’s development needs and set up plan to develop their competency.
  • Lead and manage sales representatives to implement their sales tactics and activities in order to achieve sales objectives.
  • Communicate sales target to team in monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Lead sales team to achieve sales objectives for responsible area.
  • Recommend appointment, transfer, promotion, reward, discipline, succession, and termination of sales team members within the defined territory.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in working in optical channel or related field
  • Experience with CRM management system and customer segmentation
  • Experience in selling and customer management
  • Problem solving, analytical skill and strategic thinking
  • Ability to drive and manage people
  • Have own car
