Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of all financial statements and internal reports complying with group requirement, German GAAP, IFRS and Japan GAAP with updating new accounting and tax rules.
• Develop and maintain a culture and activity of continuous improvements.
• Response to tax investigation with supervisor.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls on financial procedures, operations, accounting systems and functions to safeguard assets of the company.
• Monitor professional development of team members through matrix tool.

Qualifications:

• IFRS knowledge.
• 5 to 10 years accounting experience.
• Hands on experience in SAP is strong plus.
• Good command of English and Japanese is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting terms in English is necessary.
