Responsibilities:

• Responsible as regional process specialist (RPS) to support SAP S/4HANA deployment in different project phases (e.g. fit to standard analysis, integration tests, process validation, data cleansing, data migration, go-live, Hypercare)
• Taking over responsibility within global Purchasing Governance organization mainly for SAP S/4HANA Deployment.
• Coordination of the purchasing team members within respective Plant Implementation Team(s) regarding data management processes, tools and communication, training management processes, testing management processes, tools, test case creation, etc.
• Manage optimization requests from the plants in alignment with global Template team.
• Support Deployment findings (localization topics) and support the implementation of the necessary changes for the new SAP S/4HANA template and ensure Change Management during deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Very good SAP expertise in the area of purchasing and related areas; ideally expertise with SAP S/4HANA.
• Involved in SAP (ERP) implementations, preferably in template rollouts.
• Deep knowledge of purchasing process required.
• Fluent English and Japanese N2.
