Responsibilities:

• Manage business development activities to identify, develop, and administer strategic partnership with bank partner.
• Manage and execute distribution business plans and activities to achieve sales target.
• Establish processes to track, measure, and analyze results and outcomes.
• Establish new business opportunities with the bank partner including omni-channel/ digital channel opportunities.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years in insurance, banking, or consulting industry.
• Direct work experience in Bancassurance.
• Have ability to break down problems and frame the question before start looking for answers.
• Have ability to work in a dynamic working environment, and comfortable with change. Understand agile way of work is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English
