Responsibilities:
- Plays an active role in the formulation of the online and offline business’s growth strategies through ROI-based consumer approaches and data-driven acquisition strategies.
- Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the company's overall traffic and App user acquisition strategy.
- Build and manage performance marketing campaigns according to lifecycle stage and engagement level.
- Works collaboratively with global digital marketing team, global e-commerce team, and other local divisions to achieve target set.
- Bring about a positive environment that promotes the achievement of short and long-term goals and the business’s KPIs.
Qualifications:
- At least Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or any related field.
- Good command of English and Thai.
- Desire to work for a global customer centric, fast moving, and result-oriented company
- Proven minimum 2 years working experience in area of performance marketing, traffic & App acquisition. (Good track records in tech or e-commerce and O2O will be a plus.)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management skills
