Responsibilities:
- Build and manage performance marketing campaigns according to lifecycle stage and engagement level.
- Bring about a positive environment that promotes the achievement of short and long-term goals and the business’s KPIs.
- Analyze performance metrics for the full customer journey, from ad exposure to landing page, engagement, and conversions across all available platforms and stores.
- Works closely with the e-commerce and store operation department in order to ensure that there is a shared goal of improving marketing program and campaign performance and in revenue targets for the business.
- Works collaboratively with global digital marketing team, global e-commerce team, and other local divisions to achieve target set.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration or any related field.
- Proven minimum 5 years working experience in area of performance marketing.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skill, hands-on, result-driven, process oriented with logical thinking.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently and manage your time and deadlines, as well as the ability to adapt to the ever-changing priorities of a fast-paced e-commerce business.
