Responsibilities:

• Ensure monthly and quarterly closing process and high quality of accounting report package.
• Timely and accurate preparation and maintenance of all financial statements and internal reports complying with group requirement, German GAAP, IFRS and Japan GAAP with updating new accounting and tax rules.
• Contribute to identify and mitigate accounting processes with best practice solutions and systems.
• Communicate with Tax professional including tax return, international tax matters.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls on financial procedures, operations, accounting systems and functions to safeguard assets of the company.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years accounting experience.
• IFRS knowledge.
• Hands on experience in SAP is strong plus.
• Experience in manufacturing industry or company with production site is preferable.
• Holding a CPA (or similar) and/or licensed tax accountant is a strong plus.
• ood command of English and Japanese is an advantage.
