Responsibilities:

• Ensure strategy adaptation and action plan execution for market access for defined products at all levels.
• Monitor, evaluate, provide feedback and coach sales and marketing team regarding performance and behaviors to ensure effectiveness.
• Plan and manage the annual sales and marketing operating budget to maximize both long- and short-term operation.
• Ensure team’s career advancement and capability development through proper development program and coaching.
• Develop the business planning, define opportunities, strategies and execution activities and ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of their executions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or any related fields ot MBA is preferable.
• At least 5 years experiences in sales and marketing management.
• Proven ability in all aspects of sales and marketing, including trade marketing, market development, new product launches and budgets.
• Strong commercial judgement, financial, analytical and presentation skills.
