Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the IT team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations to our IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Extensive years of experience in Information Technology and knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including but not limited to networks, servers, databases, and cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects, budgets, and resources to deliver results on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
