Responsibilities:

• Generate regular reports on purchasing metrics, supplier performance, cost savings, and other relevant KPIs to support management reporting
• Coordinate with contract manufacturer for pricing, RM’s approval and evaluation 
• Analyze costs, pricing trends, and market dynamics to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and service levels
• Monitor commodities regularly and issue market outlook update for internal & external customers
• Actively support Global Purchasing initiatives and participate in Global purchasing call monthly.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and computer literacy.
• Be effective in collaborating with cross-functional teams and meet agreed performance metrics.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, able to analyze and challenge independently
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders across the business.
• Knowledge of ERP system
