Responsibilities:

• Technical lead on supply continuity by collaborating with cross-functional and stakeholders to minimize impact of supply disruptions as well as alternative source under 2nd source pipeline
• Ensure the development and implementation of new raw materials which remain fit for purpose across the full product shelf-life
• Responsible for developing and maintaining raw material MRAs in responsible portfolio, specifications, raw material handling procedure, Nutrition matrix, Raw material master list and any documents related to raw material database
• Lead nutritional non-compliance of raw materials for on-going production by working with cross functions and deliver flawless project execution and timely responses

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree Food/ Master degree of science or related science
• Professional qualification: 5-10 years in food industry & FMCG, R&D background is preferable
• Good command to fluent of English communication skill
• Computer skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in Raw Material development and scientific test is preferable
