Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the usage and environment of servers, application, communication systems, and networks including LAN, Wireless, and other related.
• Day to day system operation including the Platform, infrastructure, networks, communication and relate.
• Co-ordinate with vendors for any change with servers, network, and communication systems upon user request and incident.
• Oversee data backup and system security operations including user authentication, device and password. management, user authorization, firewalls, virus update checking and report on any mistakes.
• To develop and maintain strong technical knowledge of the team’s solutions, eg. knowledge management and be a backup person one to another in the IT platform & operation team.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor Degree or higher of in Computer Science or any related fields.
• At least 8 years’ experience of manufacturing IT or ERP system.
• Knowledge or experience in IT Service Management platform.
• Working knowledge on Server & Enterprise Storage such as iSCSI and/or Fiber Channel with network. technologies and Unified Communication (IP Telephony, Video Conferencing, Telepresence).
• Good command in English.
