Report to
HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Maintain records on vacations, sick leave, and leave of absences, holidays, and recommend actions thereon.
- Administer of social security, personal income tax, workmen compensation, and provident fund.
- Provide necessary advice related to payroll, tax, and provident funds to staff and coordinate in all communication programs.
- Update and maintain of all staff records and ensure that files and HR database are accurate and up to date.
- As a team player, the incumbent cooperates with and motivates the other HR members to co-achieve the HR functions’ goal as a whole.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Political Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR related field; compensation, benefits, payroll, provident fund, social security.
- Proficient in computer literacy, especially in Excel and Reporting; and experience in HR payroll is advantageous.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, under pressure and as a team as well as independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
