Responsibilities:

• ​Preventive and corrective maintenance in time limited from any request. And implementing preventing & maintenance schedules
• Select proper facility company, allocate and supervise them to keep operational condition
• Manage overall maintenance function since the beginning process
• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation until task completely done
• Initiate special project to minimize company cost with benefit

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineer or any related fields
• Having minimum 5 years’ experience as Maintenance manager in retail business is a plus or any related fields
• Good command of English (Speaking, Listening and Writing)
• Computer skill (Microsoft office, AutoCAD)
• Strong service minded with good negotiation and communication skills
