  • Develop and deliver innovative, implementable, and commercially viable customer centric solutions in support of new business growth opportunities.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Define pricing scheme of the solution/service.
  • Run commercial and trend analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessment leading to a commercial insight/recommendation/survey.


  • At least 5 years’ experience in Sales, Business Management, Solution Design or Business Development.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experiences in 3PL environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client’s requirements.
