Responsibilities:

Sustainability Strategy: Develop and implement a robust sustainability strategy aligned with the company's vision, goals, and values. Ensure sustainability initiatives are integrated into the organization's overall business strategy.

Environmental Stewardship: Identify opportunities to reduce the company's environmental footprint, including resource conservation, waste reduction, energy efficiency, and emissions reduction.

Compliance and Standards: Stay current with evolving sustainability regulations, industry standards, and best practices. Ensure the organization remains in compliance with relevant sustainability requirements.

Social Responsibility: Lead efforts to promote social responsibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization and its supply chain. Implement initiatives that positively impact employees, communities, and stakeholders..
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sustainability leadership roles, preferably within a Manufacture setting.

Experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and initiatives.

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage stakeholders.

In-depth knowledge of sustainability principles, environmental regulations, and social responsibility frameworks.
