Responsibilities:

• Discusses with requestor to understand what are the problems and needs of tools to be.
• Performs related work as required and provide effective communication with subordinate.
• Studies the cause & effect of problems and requirements to be met.
• Creates concepts of new design or modifications.
• Screens and approves detailed drawings received from designer/draftsman.

Qualifications:

• At least 12 years of working experience in EMS or related field is required for this position.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or higher.
• Solid on new product tooling development, SMT is a plus.
• Knowledge on ESD Theory and Practical.
• Good command in written and spoken English.
