Responsibilities:

• Production Customer Quality.
• Production Financial Performance.
• Manufacturing Excellence for operations efficiency.
• People Management.
• Cooperate with EHS team to launch activities to assure of safety target; zero work-injury accident.
• Responsible fully for production including production technology to meet production target and timeline.
• Develop department annual budget and outlook & monitors expense against budget.
• Implement performance indicators, analyses and identifies ways to improve the productivity and quality of the production operation.
• Set up, organize, and train new team for production.

Qualifications:

• Experiences: minimum 10 years experiences in plant operations, project management.
• Education: engineering degree.
• Skills: engineering and project, people management, business management and interpersonal proficient, people training in multiple disciplines.
