Responsibilities:

• Understand many business areas such digital platform (Lifestyle, Financial Service, Insurance), Health tech and Retail (Online/Offline) to formulate marketing strategy and have business acumen with P/L perspective for running business.
• Manage all related internal and external stakeholders including all executives and Startups or Partners.
• Co-create the business solution aligned with business direction to leverage benefits for both company and Startup.
• Oversee all projects and use Agile methodology for project management with strongly business execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics and Master degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Innovation Management or related fields.
• Must be able to prioritize with Business Impact and Risk management.
• Have passion, energetic, dynamic and able to work under high pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
