Responsibilities:

• Using a highly consultative approach with the stakeholders, scope develop and deliver an end-to-end business case, including ROI and quantifiable post implementation benefits.
• Thorough understanding and executional abilities in business transformation, process re-engineering, change management and implementing the business & process changes of E2E supply chain.
• Ability to initiate, manage, conduct, coordinate and work closely with key stakeholders and executives from various business units to gather As-Is processes, operations issues, related information and design To-Be processes based on agreed requirements and objectives.
• High-touch engagement with customer experience in terms of design new processes with new technology to support future business expansion in digital era.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field or MBA or Master’s in related field.
• Thought leadership, experience and track record in executing business transformations, process re-engineering and change management within large enterprises.
• 6 years up Strong Experience in Process Improvement and Project Management.
• Strong analytical, innovative and logical thinking, problem solving, and problem identification skills.
