Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and recommend any potential solutions in terms of people, process, and technology to support business decision and customer need to create new experience with high customer satisfaction.
• High-touch engagement with customer experience in terms of design new processes with new technology to support future business expansion in digital era.
• Ability to initiate, manage, conduct, coordinate and work closely with key stakeholders and executives from various business units to gather As-Is processes, operations issues, related information and design To-Be processes based on agreed requirements and objectives.
• Analyze requirements and prioritize critical findings from business and technology perspectives and translate them into business process management to improve business operations with practical and measurable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Supply Chain, Oil and Gas, Retail industry are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field or MBA or Master’s in related field.
• 6 years up Strong Experience in Process Improvement and Project Management.
• Demonstrated “Can-do”attitude and eagerness to learn.
