Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of every department, establish company policies, implement necessary changes and adhering to compliance procedures, laws and regulations.
• Allocate the company’s resources, materials and equipment to the most productive functions, supply chain and delivery management.
• Create financial plans for increasing revenue margins.
• Develop, improve, implement operation and production plan to meet company goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience in operation management and Store Management
• Bachelor degree or higher in Business Management or related field
• Experience in retail business is a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
