Responsibilities:

• Support Juristic Person in providing cost estimates for maintenance and any intended renovation/upgrades planned.
• Ensure Residence complies with all Regulatory laws, security and safety regulations.
• Supervise all on-site staff and ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness and identify any defects for rectifications in the common areas of Residence.
• Prepare and present Annual Condominium Management Plan to Juristic Committee and ensure maintenance team adheres to such plan.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in condominium management/facility management.
• Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree.
• Have good English communication skills both written and spoken.
• Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
