Responsibilities:

• Preparing documents, presentations, or summary report to seek an approval for project development and implementation from the company’s relevant approval authority(ies)
• Coordinating and managing external advisors and internal departments in the company to conduct full feasibility study or investment due diligence
• Project screening, conducting preliminary feasibility study and evaluating investment opportunities of the potential projects in assigned market/industry (both greenfield and M&A) including risk analysis and financial analysis
• Preparing correspondent letters and related documents in connection with the project negotiation and development to be submitted to the concerned parties

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences in business development, project management, financial institutions, or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, finance, economics, engineering, energy-related technologies
• Proficient skill in financial modelling. Good understanding of business valuation and/or project finance modelling
• Proven work experiences in feasibility study, financial modelling, business development, project management of power, renewable energy, hydro, utilities, infrastructure, or mining industry would be an advantage
