Responsibilities:

  • Build an ambitious and sustainable business plan, targets, business plan & key priorities of the area (integrating the Marketing plan) and embark distributor on this journey. 
  • Crucial management of forecasting, investment budgets, supply chain & internal business reporting. Regular reviews with Zone Director to keep abreast of key topics; implement the zone strategy. 
  • Understands the local market (market visit and industry networking) and use this knowledge to recommend actions and improve execution in the market.
  • Guides and supports the distributor during the change of our business model toward the valorization of our brand: evaluation of distributor, training of the sales force, implementation of incentives, solution for alternative channel.

Qualifications:

  • Sales & negotiation: experienced in both channels ideally (retail & On-Premises), managing clients’ performance. 
  • 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Sales with proven success in business development within a strong FMCG/F&B and/or Premium brand company
  • Capability to drive and lead the change to gather internal and external stakeholders on a vision
  • Results-oriented and excellence-oriented in execution.
