Responsibilities:

• Work with senior management to identify the investment strategy for each development opportunity and each individual project to ensure the maximize the returns for the Company.
• Developing project approach, scope, schedule, budget, and resources planning for the project.
• Draft formal letter / agenda / report for management or relevant parties in both Thai and English
• Identify key technical terms technical key terms of financial assessments, feasibility and due diligence of new opportunities and making recommendations for investment.
• Appoint and coordinate with project consultants and contractors

Qualification:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in development projects and project management specifically in the power generation business and energy market.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration or International Business or related field.
• Demonstrable successful experience in business development and project management skills.
• Experience in many types of power plant e.g., Coal, Gas, Hydropower, Biomass, and Renewable would be an advantage.
• Experience in management of scope, cost, schedules, and vendors/ subcontractors in varied contract arrangements
