Report to
Senior Brand Manager /Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an annual brand plan, and marketing calendar, and implement creative integrated marketing campaigns through category analysis, and consumer insight to achieve the company’s objectives
  • Identify and set up new POS to create product/brand values, customer shopping experience, and market share expansion.
  • Manage P&L and A&P budget control of brand.
  • Monitor business performance against defined metrics and other market information on a regular basis to aid decision-making and corrective action if required
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and manage a strong team to build and execute plans to deliver outstanding business results and new innovations

 

Qualifications:

  • High level of commercial acumen, able to shape and deliver commercial marketing strategies
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proven solid track record of sales and marketing experience in beauty, and cosmetics products
  • Minimum 5 years in management level in luxury cosmetics or beauty industry
  • Age is early at 40
