Report to
Senior Brand Manager /Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand strategy from brand performance analysis, consumer research & insight, campaign and activities tracking, market analysis, competitor update and analysis.
  • Perform brand performance analysis, campaign and activities tracking, market analysis, competitor update and analysis.
  • Manage and track marketing activation and operations i.e. monthly A&P update, sampling and premium efficiency, customer promotion etc.
  • Develop and manage NPD pipeline, product portfolio, product mix and channel mix.

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years experience in brand management, brand communication development, and activation in FMCG, MNC.
  • Strong analytical skills. Able to utilize and analyze consumer insight and market information.
  • Strong collaboration skills, and experience in project management including new product development.
  • Experience in budget/ A&P /P&L management.
