Responsibilities:

• Present lean plans to the factory manager and collaborate with the central team to foster knowledge sharing and competence development
• Develop and implement plans to control and optimize production systems inorder to reduce waste in the production line and improve organizational efficiency by eliminating non-value-added processes, while enhancing adaptability for continuous development. 
• Enhance workforce capabilities through skills training, emphasizing the value of teamwork and instilling a culture of prioritizing quality over quantity.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer on the working system to ensure that subordinates understand and follow the established processes.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor as needed for the job position.

Qualifications:

• 5 years or more of direct work experience in the field.
• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Proficient in industrial knowledge, specifically in textile manufacturing or Garment, 5S methodology, Kaizen, and the basic principles of Lean Management
• Capable of planning and managing tasks as a team and exhibiting excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems using Lean principles and tools, such as root cause analysis, process mapping, process flow analysis, and value stream analysis
