Responsibilities:

• Understand and roll out Global and Local learning programs with the alignment with Regional Talent & Learning Head. Oversee the Global/ Regional deployment plans and their implementation to be well responded to the local implementation.
• Plan the implementation and facilitation of learning & development activities/events, budget and actual spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
• Prepare training reports as requested, i.e. for tax claims, administrative reports on Learning Hours tracking, budget reports, etc.
• Manage and coordinate with training providers for training to be conducted in-house, or externally.
• Design and develop learning priorities for MBU with One Learning A Day (70-10-10-10 framework) based on the Development Conversation tabulation.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years in Learning and Development both in-house and external training work experiences
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Learning & Organization Development, or a related field.
• Strong consult and coaching skills as well as facilitation and presentation skills.
• Well collaboration with good interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of people learning and development in a multinational company.
