Responsibilities:

• Leads, manages, plans, and orchestrates all activities in the Production department towards the achievement of the objective of producing continuously the required volume of simple syrups and/or beverages, effectively at optimum cost and with the right quality standards.
• Evaluates the daily process operations stoppages monitoring (POSM) and materials usage reports then, give proper directions to his subordinates for possible improvement.
• Ensures compliance with the General Company Policy and Good Environmental Practices.
• Participates in all activities in achieving goals and quality programs regarding Quality Foods Safety, Environment Health & Safety standards, and ISO and Plant requirements.
• Ensures to it that all production equipment and machinery are operated in accordance with the standard operating procedures and verifies that the supervisors are monitoring, and the operators are doing them.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Mechanical or Chemical and other related Engineering Professions.
• Familiar with production Planning and control.
• Working Knowledge of Beverage manufacturing process.
• Good command of spoken and written English and computer literacy
• Working knowledge of the concepts and applications of management systems.
