Responsibilities:

• Ensure sales are met or exceeded individually and by team effort within the designated time frame
• Perform ad hoc projects and duties as assigned by Department Head
• Work with Department Head to plan and implement sales strategies to meet the sales target
• Provide accurate information through all channels of communication to the clients with a service mind
• Keep track of overall sales records, analyze, and prepare related reports

Qualifications:

• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in selling luxury properties
• Self-motivated, flexible, and capable to work well under pressure, target, and tight deadlines
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in both Thai and English (Chinese is an advantage)
• Able to travel and work overtime and on weekends when needed
