Responsibilities:

  • Understand and Analyze on Market Situation to identify for the Business Opportunity in term of Channel and Portfolio Mix. Closely work with Insights team as Strategic Thought Partner for driving insights to action through deep analytics of the category, macro-trends, and competitive landscape, 5Ps, and shopper trends.
  • Lead the multi-functional commercial process in development of category strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all brand categories by increasing the demand at retailer and distributor level. Focusing on commercial fundamentals; New Product Development (Launch & Relaunch), Pack Price, Go-to-Market Plan with channel strategy and KPIs.
  • Ensure successful execution and implementation of GTM, integrated programs (existing & new products), in alignment with sales & marketing functions.
  • Be partner with marketing to joint agree on the marketing plan - Initiate pack price solution to drive business performance, align on assumption and execution plan with cross function: supply chain, trade marketing and sales to ensure perfect launch.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 6 years’ experience in Category Development, Customer (Trade Marketing) / Consumer.
  • Master’s degree in related field.
  • Leadership skills, Strong project management skills, able to lead and drive actions.
