Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, training and education to business stakeholders and users, to ensure use, adoption and process compliance.
• Manages deployment of FF CRM technology, maintenance, customization, MCE Campaign tracking.
• Robust data inputs and insights for HN strategy and HN solution team for Territory Business Management.
• Data tracking support from all sources ie HCP CRM system: SFE report, Nielsen : Market share, BI: Company sales and Master data from HN activation program.
• Collaborate with ISEA HCEE to modify SFA system as required to optimize processes and ensure ideal impact on Sales Force Effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with multiple departments such as marketing, sales, finance, S&I, etc.
• 3 - 5 years experiences in Information data system (IS), Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Business analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or similar is strongly preferred.
• Experiences in SAP, Cognos, Power BI and Good in English will be advantage.
• Advanced understanding of Excel. (Pivot tables, filters, data sorts, v-lookups, and advanced formulas).
