Responsibilities:

• Set up and monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the school (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions).
• Set up and maintain a system of internal controls and the most effective control of assets and revenues of the school. Produce Policies and Procedures accordingly.
• Ensure the safekeeping of all leases, contracts, and any other legal records and documents. Copy to be sent to Legal department.
• Prepare review and analysis of financial operating statements and results, accounting, and statistical reports obtained through Finance & Accounting Shared Service. Including budget and forecast preparation and submission.
• Head of Finance to oversee control, count and Fix Assets write-off request/approval and submit records to FASS to process assets recording/registration and calculate depreciation. Assets counting and FA write-off request/approval are taken by the Operations team.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of accounting experience with experience leading the setup of the department.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Computer literate and proficient in English and Thai.
• Familiarity with operating systems and software relevant to the education industry.
• Have excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
