Responsibilities:

• Ensure team’s career advancement and capability development through proper development program and coaching
• Plan and manage the annual sales and marketing operating budget to maximize both long- and short-term operation
• Monitor, evaluate, provide feedback and coach sales and marketing team regarding performance and behaviors to ensure effectiveness
• Ensure strategy adaptation and action plan execution for market access for defined products at all levels
• Others as agreed and assigned by line manager

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experiences in sales and marketing management. 
• Education: Pharmacy, Nurse, Sciences degree; higher degree in business studies.
• Experienced in Drug store/OTC channel.
• MBA preferred Experiences
• Proven ability in all aspects of sales and marketing, including trade marketing, market development, new product launches and budgets.
