Report to
National Sales Force Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ICCC (Improve Channel and Customer Contribution) Project, with periodic tracking reports.
  • Manage the development of the channel plan for LMT covering key customers, in line with the company's directions (category and brand plans)
  • Ensure good performance of the sales force in field operations in terms of sell-in distribution, product merchandising and sales call effectiveness and productivity.
  • Manage the development of customer plans to be in line with channel objectives and strategies (such as the brand strategy, NCC) and with GBRM and CBS (Customer Business Strategy)
  • Develop and maintain sound business relationships with the retailers e.g. by regular meetings with the customers' top management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum in Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 7 years+ experience in FMCG/CH environment in GT Sales roles.
  • Effective strategic thought leadership and planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compelling seller and stakeholder influencer.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
