Resposibilities:

• Collaborating with other functions and departments to brainstorm new projects, campaigns, and business ideas that elevated working process.
• Building, developing, and lead a strong, energetic, productive and creative team.
• Directing and creating merchandising plans, pricing and operational system to deliver product and services that create customer’s world class.
• Developing a roadmap and team strategy with specific goals and milestones that align with the organization’s strategic.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising or similar subject.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop talent strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience working in merchandising or relate to textile business.
• Ability to gain rapid knowledge of product and service offerings, standards, policies, and quality improvement strategies.
• English language proficiency.
