Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with departmental and executive leadership to create and implement the organization’s staffing and operations budgets.
• Maintains compliance with customer’s requirements, local laws and regulations, and ensures compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
• Being a focal key contact with customers for sustainability business objectives and alignments.
• Execute HR strategy in supporting overall business alignment, collaborate with leadership and colleagues to build out, scale, and lead all aspects of strategic people operations, and organization development including employee engagement and growth, compensation, benefits, total rewards, talent acquisition, HRIS and HR tools systems, and Compliances.
• Evaluates the efficacy of sustainability programs; recommend and implement improvements as necessary. Conducts research to identify environmental and sustainability concerns, interests, and issues.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of leadership experience in human resources, talent management, environmental, occupational health safety, and sustainability.
• Track record of developing innovative, forward-thinking people and business strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills across levels with an ability to persuade, influence, and build enthusiasm and commitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Environmental or Occupational Health and safety or related fields.
• Significant experience designing and implementing strategic organizational design, business processes, and people operations to enable and support rapid growth
