Responsibilities:

• Monitor production activities toward daily, weekly, and monthly targets to meet the delivery plan.
• Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
• Build up a career path for all staff levels (especially for supervisors and team leaders)
• Responsible for all manufacturing processes and activities.
• Coordinate with all departments for smooth operation and workforce management.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in managerial within a factory (garment/textile industry would be an advantage)
• Strong knowledge of the standards such as ISO 9001, and 14001 (would be an advantage)
• Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management or related field
