Responsibilities:

• Assessing the customer demand, including price, quality, and availability

• To always evaluate company financial budgets towards Food Service / Fresh Food Department and policies

• Writing reports and forecasting sales levels, and presenting to Senior Commercial Manager

• Ensures that products being developed match or better quality than benchmarks and are priced lower than the benchmark according to brand positioning

• Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels

Qualifications:

• Team Leader, Possess sound leadership skills and be able to lead a merchandising team

• Multitask, quick response, and can work under pressure

• Minimum 6 years experience in sourcing or buying experience in Fruit & Vegetable product assortments

• Strong negotiation skills and a good sense of Merchandising and Commercial

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, international business administration, or any related field
