Responsibilities:

Assessing the customer demand, including price, quality, and availability

To always evaluate company financial budgets towards Food Service / Fresh Food Department and policies

Writing reports and forecasting sales levels, and presenting to Senior Commercial Manager

Ensures that products being developed match or better quality than benchmarks and are priced lower than the benchmark according to brand positioning

Regularly reviewing performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels
Qualifications:
- Team Leader, Possess sound leadership skills and be able to lead a merchandising team

Multitask, quick response, and can work under pressure

Minimum 6 years experience in sourcing or buying experience in Fruit & Vegetable product assortments

Strong negotiation skills and a good sense of Merchandising and Commercial

Bachelor's degree in marketing, international business administration, or any related field
