General Manager (Property)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present Annual Condominium Management Plan to Juristic Committee and ensure maintenance team adheres to such plan.
  • Supervise all vendors in carrying out their responsibilities according to the agreed scope of work and deliverables
  • Conduct regular meetings with vendors to review performance/delivery of service standards.
  • Report Residence Operational Status during Juristic Committee meetings including performance of all outsourced vendors.
  • Supervise all on-site staff and ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in condominium management/facility management
  • Computer literate.
  • Possesses professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Have good English communication skills both written and spoken.
