Job Scope:

- Drive sales performance in the following areas through distributors and salespersons by identifying opportunities, monitoring performance, providing support and recommendation

- Provide ongoing coaching to all Authorized Distributor within the Region and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives

- Work with Frontline to identify capability gaps and agree on action plans with Sales Ops. / Sales Capability

- Conduct business review with distributors and top key customers in the responsible

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years’ experience in sales development

- Personal Active, Driver

- Experience in FMCG
