Job Scope:  

• Support the organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction.
• Lead material sourcing activity for New Products in order to meet customer’s quality/cost/delivery requirement.
• Work closely with cross-functional team in qualifying new products or new supplier to ensure that quality is not compromised at every stages of a product lifecycle.
• Increase company revenue by sourcing the best pricing value for new product and turnkey items. Also, be able to advice on alternative sources rather than AVL.
• Develop and maintain cost models
• Maintain and increase the transaction speed by exchanging data in real-time.
• Lead the quarterly cost reduction project.
• Lead the lead time reduction project.

Qualifications:

• At least  5-7 years of working experience in Supply Chain Engineer
• Bachelor degree in Statistics, Science, Engineer          
• Analysis skill on material.
• Work in SMT manufacturer.
• Good on command program to analyze the huge data.
• Very good English communication
• Have experience in Electronics/EMS industry
