RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure completeness, correctness and on time submission of financial reports including budget, forecast and its analysis, BOI reports
•  Ensure compliance of BOI and investment records with BOI and other related local regulations
• Manages treasury functions to meet company/shareholders requirement and ensure sufficient cash to smooth company operations
• Define business requirements through detailed business analysis, outline problems, opportunities and solutions for a business and propose to CEO/CFO
• Manage for investment promotions from government and ensure maximize benefits to company
• Responsible for improvement of existing finance practices/procedures, and ensure good internal control
• Liaise with internal or external parties relate to financial analysis, BOI, treasury and investment matters

 QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting
• At least 10 years of management/supervisory experience in accounting and finance role
• CPD required, CPA preferred
• Extensive knowledge and experiences of budgeting, financial modeling-reportinganalysis, investment and project feasibility studies, treasury.
• Good knowledge in accounting standards, taxation, and BOI regulations
• Internal control mindset
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyze data.
• Self-driven and able to work independently
• Good personality, interpersonal and leadership skills and positive thinking
• Good ability to communicate in English, both verbally and written
