Job scope:

• Plan and conduct interviews, user surveys, card sorting, and usability tests 
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability) 
• Work closely with the product team to identify research questions 
• Work with other UI/UX designers to maintain our design system 
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly software 

​Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related fields
• 2+ years of experience in IT or a Digital Product organization
• Strong verbal and written (Thai and English) communication skills
