Responsibility: 

• Be the point of contact in Thailand for new product and large enhancement requests and work with the business and IT teams to understand the business case and cost of implementation to aid in decision-making of Lead Product Owner
• Work with development team to ensure automated testing is baked into solutions - Identify and document system deficiencies and recommended solutions
• Ensure proper communication is conducted when system changes are made by keeping relevant stakeholders informed

​Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Application Support

• Ability to effectively and proactively interact and communicate with senior management, internal departments, clients, and vendors

•  

  General insurance industry background and knowledge is preferable but not required
