Report to
Business Unit Director


  • Develop national sales strategies by setting product mix, geographical sales areas and sales operations standards.
  • Establish and co-ordinate the national sales budgets, reports and forecasts and ensure presented in a timely manner to the Sales Director.
  • Plan and implement the development of initiatives such as new product, new marketing techniques, new advertising campaigns, incentive bonus schemes and the dropping of unprofitable products.


  • Strong Leadership skill, High negotiation skill, self-motivated and energetic
  • At least 5 year experience in pharmaceutical market or related field
  • Experience in people management
