Responsibilities : 

• Sell training programs to external clients as well as to affiliated businesses
• Develop and coach junior members in the team.
• Strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as clients and trainers
• Solicit clients’ needs to propose suitable or tailored training courses and platforms to those clients.
• Seek ways to acquire new clients while maintaining and increase returned businesses from existing customers.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in any related field
• Good command of English
• Aged between 30’s years old
• Experience in sales or BD of training programs is an advantage
• A few years’ experience as a L&D consultant is a plus
• Good at planning, analysis, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills
